DataKom is pleased to announce extended hours of service. The support desk is now contactable 45 minutes earlier, opening from 8.15am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. This ensures customers can speak to technical support as soon as possible in the event of a fault.
For the past six months, the technical team have been trialling an earlier start, opening the support desk from 8.15am.
DataKom is now open during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.15am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
Sunday: Closed
Customers have the ability to log a phone line or broadband fault at any time by using the support portal or emailing support@datakom.co.uk. This service is free of charge for those who uphold level 4 service care on their phone lines.
